National Disturber Week!

Hi Everyone,

One of the main reasons that I created this site was to get great positive people disturbed about the things happening around them that are not right. With that in mind I am declaring next week national Optimistic Disturber week. The challenge is to find at least one thing that you are not happy with personally and one thing you are not happy with professionally and get disturbed enough to bring about change. How awesome it would be to see hundreds of small positive changes happen in the one week.

Are you up for the challenge? The problem for me is which one to select!

Below is a series of questions that I have created to help you with the Disturber process.

Please comment and let me know what you did so that others can learn from your experiences.

Have a great week Disturbers!

The thing you want to change:

Are you optimistic that you can bring about change?

Why do you want to do this?

How will you communicate it to others?

How will you lead it?

Can you take the heat? How will this impact on you personally and how will you handle that?

What are the consequences of not trying to make your disturbance better?

Is this battle really worth fighting for?

How will you move forward?

I have been optimistically disturbing the management team where I work to think outside the box in their efforts to become the message they are spreading.

Either I am disturbing them to the point of scared stiff or they are just not open to my efforts. Either way, being an optimistic disturber is not without its challenges…but have no plans to throw in the towel just yet.
